Jessa Parette
Senior Director of UX · Yum! Brands
Jessa is a leader who connects technology and strategy with intentional design. She is currently Senior UX Director at Yum! Brands where she leads teams creating successful experiences for brands like KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in a fast paced consumer environment. Previously she was Head of Design Data & Operations for all of Capital One's design organisation.
She has pioneered data strategy for design within Capital One, creating scalable systems of automation for design metrics across products. Her team drove end to end experiences for designers, product and developers, focusing on intentional research, quantitative metrics, a strong design system and visionary design strategy.
Jessa is a 2-time keynote speaker at PUSH UX conference, and has already taught this workshop in Munich in 2025.
